• Site measuring of existing space and verifying against the construction floor plans, OR creating new plans off of site measure walk through; • Space planning for furniture, rugs, and accessories; • Providing spreadsheets and presentations of options for furniture, rugs, and accessories per area for selection; • Providing fabric and finish options, if applicable for furniture/accessories/rugs. • Creating pricing spreadsheet with lead times and desired order dates; • Requesting formal quotes for accuracy including any additional fees; • Creating proposals for approval and deposit for furniture, rugs, and accessories; • Ordering furniture, rugs, and accessories; Tracking all items ordered; • Creating installation documents; • Working with installers on all necessary details; • Attending site visitation when required; • Completing punch list walk through and correcting any punch list items.
