Service Description

Detailed list of services: • Reviewing and redlining the architectural plans. • Create internal schedule based off the desired/planned completion date to work at achieving a functional timeline to assist all parties in reaching desired completion date. • Creating CAD drawings and PDFs for the following items: Furniture preliminary floor plans Electrical Plans Flooring schedule wall schedule cabinetry/built-in design RCP (reflected ceiling plan) tile design drawings fireplace design drawings and any custom drawings required per project. • Site measuring the space and verifying against the construction floor plans; • Providing Concept boards and concept designs for the overall aesthetic of the residence. • Providing flooring options and combinations for the residence. • Providing base/case/door design options, including: material selection, finish selection, size, locations and hardware. • Providing window detail and treatment options • Providing Cabinetry designs, including: species or material selection, style, finish materials, sample approval, function and hardware. • Providing decorative lighting options, placement and detail drawings. • Providing Fireplace designs, including: elevations, material selection and decorative details. • Providing Plumbing and appliance options and placement options. • Providing tile and slab options as well as overall designs and combinations for each space requiring tile or slab. • Providing a wall schedule and wall design options, which includes: discussed locations for wall-covering, different materials being used on specific walls (if applicable), paint color locations, and options for any material going on the wall as well as if there is any texture being used on walls. • Creating concepts and designs for any metal work required or desired in the residence. • Will communicate any needed decisions, items, changes, issues or resolutions with the client. • Create spreadsheets, note sheets and detail pages for the contractor, client, vendors and designer during all areas of the design process. • Furniture plans and options • Fabric/accessory placement and options • Ordering and tracking all lighting, furniture, accessories, etc. items ordered; • Creating installation documents; • Working with installers on all necessary details; • Attending site visitation when required;
